These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Stigma Supplements website and any orders you place with us. By browsing the site, creating an account, or buying a product, you agree to them. If you don’t, please stop using the site.
1. Use of the website
You may use this site only for lawful purposes. When you create an account or place an order, the information you give us must be accurate, current, and complete, and you are responsible for keeping your login details private. You may not interfere with the site’s security or performance — this includes unauthorized access, scraping, uploading malicious code, or any attempt to disrupt our systems.
We can refuse service, close accounts, or cancel orders if we believe these Terms have been broken or if we suspect fraud.
2. Products and descriptions
We try to keep product descriptions, ingredients, images, and prices accurate, but we don’t promise the site is free of errors. Colors, packaging, and labels may differ slightly from the photos shown.
We can correct mistakes, change prices, and update availability at any time without notice. If a product was mispriced or misdescribed when you ordered it, we’ll contact you before processing the order so you can decide whether to continue at the corrected price or cancel for a full refund.
3. Orders and payment
Prices are in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise and don’t include taxes, duties, or shipping, which are added at checkout. Payment must clear before we ship your order. We accept major credit and debit cards along with the third-party payment options shown at checkout.
If your payment is declined, the order won’t ship and we’ll ask you for another payment method. We can cancel any order we believe is fraudulent, mistaken, or in breach of these Terms, and we’ll refund any money already taken.
4. Shipping
Estimated shipping and delivery times shown at checkout or in your confirmation email are estimates, not guarantees. Once a package leaves our warehouse it’s with the carrier, and we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or wrong addresses you give us.
Risk of loss and ownership pass to you on delivery. Make sure your shipping address is right — orders that come back to us as undeliverable may be charged a reshipping fee.
5. Returns and refunds
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery if the product is unopened, unused, and still sealed.
Email [email protected] before sending anything back; returns we receive without prior approval may be refused or held up. Once we get the return and check it, we’ll refund the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. Original shipping fees are not refunded, and you pay for return shipping unless the return is our fault or the product was defective.
We can refuse refunds for items damaged after delivery, opened or partly used products, and anything sent back after 30 days.
6. Subscriptions
If you sign up for a subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method on file at the start of each billing cycle until you cancel. Pricing, billing frequency, and shipment intervals are shown when you sign up.
You can cancel, pause, or change your subscription anytime through your account dashboard or by emailing support, as long as you do it before the next billing date. Once a renewal has been billed and shipped, that cycle isn’t refundable. Subscription perks, including any discounts, end when you cancel.
7. Intellectual property
Everything on this site — logos, brand and product names, formulations, label designs, photos, graphics, copy, and the overall look of the site — belongs to Stigma Supplements or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law.
You can’t reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, or use any of it commercially without our written permission.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Stigma Supplements and its officers, employees, and affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages tied to your use of the site or our products. This includes health complications from improper use, allergic reactions, drug interactions, or any condition you didn’t disclose to your doctor before using the product.
Dietary supplements are not a substitute for medical advice. You’re responsible for using our products safely and as directed.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Stigma Supplements and its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, losses, and reasonable legal fees arising from your misuse of our products, your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your infringement of someone else’s rights.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute under these Terms or related to our products will be heard exclusively in the state or federal courts of Delaware, and you consent to those courts’ jurisdiction.
11. Health disclaimer
Statements about Stigma Supplements products have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Results vary, and any benefit described in our marketing, testimonials, or educational content is not guaranteed.
Talk to a healthcare professional before starting any new supplement, especially if you are pregnant or nursing, taking prescription medication, managing a medical condition, or under 18.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows when the latest version took effect. For significant changes we’ll post a notice on our homepage or email registered customers. If you keep using the site after changes are posted, you accept the updated Terms.
